FedNat to pay $51mn for 1347 PIH insurance operations

FedNat has agreed to pay $51mn for all of 1347 Property Insurance Holdings (1347 PIH) homeowners’ insurance operations in a 50/50 cash and stock deal expected to close around 30 June 2019.
