Australia’s Federal Court rules on exclusions in Suncorp BI case

The Federal Court of Australia has ruled that a pandemic exclusion clause used by Suncorp subsidiary Vero Insurance is not sufficient to decline BI coverage in itself, but upheld the carrier’s overall approach.
