HSCM sets up Bumblebee Re transformer in Bermuda

HSCM Bermuda has established a new Bermuda class 3 reinsurer, Bumblebee Re, to bring its transformation business in-house.

The ILS manager’s CUO Edouard von Herberstein will serve as Bumblebee’s CEO.
