Arch Insurance International has promoted Louis Tucker to the position of managing director of Arch Managing Agency.
The executive will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Syndicate 2012, Syndicate 1955, Arcus Syndicate 1856 and Toa Re SPA 6132.
