HSCM and ILS Capital Management to invest £40.8mn in Helios

ILS Capital Management and Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM) will invest nearly £41mn combined in Helios, out of a total of £60mn in new funds to be raised by the Lloyd’s investment company through an equity issuance.

ILS Capital will invest £20.8mn, with HSCM to put in £20mn at £1.60 per share. This is a discount of nearly 18% on AIM-listed Helios’ share price of £1.95
