QBE Re to expand African treaty hub with new hire

QBE Re has appointed Attilio Tornetta as head of Africa in a bid to grow its treaty hub for the continent.

QBE Re said Tornetta’s newly created role was part of a regional expansion to put “increased focus on the whole of continental Africa, beyond the North African region”.
