Former JLT Re executives including Bradley Maltese, Paul Esterbrook and others are among a group of around 15 who have resigned from Guy Carpenter and are expected to join Howden, sources said.

It is understood the resignations include a number of producing brokers from the non-marine specialties team, which sat within the global specialties arm for which Maltese was vice chairman.
