Elementum Advisors has promoted Lynette Pirilla Walter to chief legal officer and announced the hire of John Drnek from RenaissanceRe as general counsel for its Bermuda operation.

Pirilla Walter has been working with Elementum since 2014, first as outside counsel and then in-house beginning in 2019.
