ILS among all new tie-ins for Gallagher Re

AJ Gallagher's acquisition of its larger rival Willis Re should be a relatively straightforward integration, due to the low levels of overlap between the two businesses, which will bring Gallagher Re full ILS service capabilities for the first time.

Willis Re is roughly 10x the size of Gallagher Re, which will simplify the integration versus a merger of two more evenly sized entities.
