Aon and Willis Towers Watson have agreed not to attempt to hire from AJ Gallagher (AJG) for 30 months from the latter’s acquisition of Willis assets.

Earlier this month AJG struck a deal to buy a range of assets from Willis, as Aon and Willis look to assuage regulators’ competition concerns about their agreed merger.
