Suncorp renews FY22 reinsurance program at stable $4.7bn limit

Suncorp has renewed its FY22 reinsurance program with a stable exhaustion point of A$6.5bn ($4.9bn), providing limit of $4.7bn.

It will cover home, motor and commercial property portfolios across Australia and New Zealand.

The Group’s maximum event retention remains at A$250mn and its drop-down aggregate protection and aggregate excess of loss treaties are unchanged from its FY21 program.
