Amundi Pioneer's ILS Interval Fund gained 1.43% in the six-month period from 1 November 2020 to 30 April 2021, slipping from a 2.7% gain in the year-ago period despite a relatively quiet phase for triggering events.

The firm’s director of ILS Chin Liu said that Winter Storm Uri was the most notable event during the period, but that losses from the cold snap were expected to be minimal.
