DMGT enters talks to sell risk modeller RMS

Daily Mail and General Trust (DGMT) has announced it is in talks with third parties over the sale of risk modelling company RMS.

The trust said the terms of the proposed sale should it be agreed would realise a premium valuation for DMGT’s shareholders, with completion expected to take place in Q3 this year if the parties reach agreement.
