Aon has announced a reorganisation of the regional leaders of its reinsurance solutions business, which will see former Japan reinsurance chief Rupert Moore become UK CEO.

Current UK CEO Nick Frankland will become UK president as well as his new role of chairman of the insurance consulting group, which was announced earlier this week.
