Palomar enters fronting sector of insurance market

Specialty insurer Palomar has entered the fronting sector of the US insurance market with the launch of a unit to be known as PLMR-Front.

This will partner with reinsurers, insurance carriers and MGAs, providing fronting paper on both an admitted and non-admitted basis via Palomar Specialty Insurance Company and Palomar Excess And Surplus Insurance Company.
