Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM Bermuda) was among lead investors in a $75mn equity issuance by Gracie Point Holdings, a provider of life insurance premium finance.

Gracie Point said funds raised would enable continued growth and expansion, including strategic acquisitions.

Following the transaction Michael Millette, managing partner at HSCM Bermuda, becomes a board member at Gracie Point.
