Allianz Global Corporate & Speciality (AGCS) is looking to bring down volatility and support growth by ceding more to the reinsurance market, CEO Joachim Müller has said.

The Allianz unit, which just completed the first year of a wide-ranging, four-year transformation programme, said it would be buying more reinsurance and reassessing the programmes it has in place to suit its needs more effectively.
