Munich Re offers to sell 12.1m Admiral shares

Munich Re yesterday offered to sell 12.1 million shares in UK car insurer Admiral at £29.4 per share, a 3% discount to yesterday’s closing price, according to reports.

Bloomberg reported that UBS was the bookrunner for the sale. As of 8.45am this morning, Admiral’s shares were trading down 4.96%
