Chubb reveals $806mn Ida net loss as cat claims climb

Chubb has recorded pre-tax, net catastrophe losses of $1.15bn, including $806mn of Ida losses, in Q3.

The net loss number also included $135mn from international events, of which $95mn was from flood losses in Europe.
