Impact Shares Climate Risk Reinsurance Corporation, a new climate change-focused ILS fund, has issued an investor prospectus that outlines a $20-a-share initial public offer and details to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ROAR”.

The fund’s investment focus will range across catastrophe bonds, reinsurance sidecars, excess-of-loss and industry loss warranty deals, and reinsurance company equities and derivatives.
