AlphaCat records AuM of $3.5bn, down $300mn from Q1

AIG has disclosed that AlphaCat’s AuM was $3.5bn as of 30 September, down by $300mn from the $3.8bn reported for Q1 2021, and 17% from $4.2bn a year ago.

No updates were provided mid-year on the ILS assets.

The firm has seen a number of high-profile departures in past months.
