Lloyd’s said the first London Bridge ILS transaction at the market was backed by more than £100mn ($136mn) of capital from the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, providing quota share support to three syndicates: CFC Syndicate 1988, Beazley’s Syndicate 5623 and Beat’s Syndicate 1416.
