Theo Norris has joined Gallagher Re as a dedicated cyber ILS broker, moving from his Aon Securities role as acting ILS assistant vice president.

Norris will lead on bringing new and alternative capacity into the cyber reinsurance market as part of Gallagher Re’s growing cyber team that has hired 10 new people this year.
