Minnesota Life is offering its second mortality catastrophe bond in the La Vie Re series and is again targeting $100mn of cover.

Price guidance on the issuance is 250-300 basis points (bps), which is in line with the 285bps spread achieved on the first La Vie Re bond, issued last year.
