Heritage takes 6% stake in Slide in strategic partnership deal

Heritage Insurance Holdings has entered into a partnership with Florida-based InsurTech Slide, receiving a 6% stake in the business which is led by Heritage’s former chairman and CEO, Bruce Lucas.

As part of the deal, Heritage will transfer ownership of Rhode Island-licenced carrier Pawtucket and Florida licenced MGA First Access Insurance Group.
