RenaissanceRe Capital Partners has recruited Manjit Varwandkar as a portfolio manager for the Medici Fund, as the ILS unit and third-party capital manager continues to grow its team.

Varwandkar, who will report to the fund’s lead portfolio manager Sebastien Iaxx, has worked for Sompo International and its predecessor companies since 2007.
