BMS to acquire reinsurance broker PWS Mexico

BMS Group has agreed to acquire reinsurance broker PWS Mexico.

The intermediary, backed by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) and Preservation Capital Partners (PCP), will fold Mexico City-based PWS into its existing BMS Re Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) unit.
