The first cat bond lite deal of 2022 has listed on Bermuda Stock Exchange in the form of $25mn class A notes in the Silver Crane deal.

The sponsor is Ocorian Securities and the issuer Artex SAC.

The deal follows a lively year for private ILS deals with $945.4mn
