UK PRA keeps ILS reforms in scope as part of 2022 priorities

UK regulator the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) will continue exploring how to improve the authorisation process for ILS vehicles in the UK, its start-of-year letter to insurers said.

The regulator is working with government tax office HM Treasury on a raft of regulatory reforms for the UK insurance sector.
