Investment firm Man Group has said it will target experienced ILS investors with a capital assets solutions (CAS) programme that will see it invest in capital-relief solutions for insurers, as well as offer carriers’ asset management strategies.

This came as Man announced it had appointed former Swiss Re executive Stephan Muecke and Dan Robinson as managing directors of its CAS programme.
