Leadenhall Capital has promoted Tom Spreutels and Phil Kane as managing partners.

Spreutels joined the firm as head of origination, life and alternative credit in January 2020, moving from Deutsche Bank, where he served as head of financial institutions group (FIG) corporate banking for EMEA.
