Weston Insurance Company is to merge with Weston Specialty Insurance Company, rebranding as Weston Property & Casualty Insurance Company (WPCIC) and focusing on expanding into new coastal areas and US states.

WPCIC is a Florida-domiciled carrier providing insurance against natural disaster impact loss from natural catastrophes to residential and non-residential properties.
