Ralph Renner has joined Parameter Climate as head of origination to build out and manage distribution for the firm.

The move brings him back together with former boss Martin Malinow, with whom he worked at Galileo. The pair both moved over to Endurance after it bought Galileo in 2012, renaming it Endurance Global Weather.
