Sussex investors take 2021 loss as Brit fee income rises

Third-party investors in Brit’s Sussex platform took a $2.5mn loss for 2021, a turnaround from a 2020 profit, as the group’s natural catastrophe losses rose year on year.

This came as Brit swung back to profit in 2021 with a full-year operating result before currency effects of $247.1mn,
