Elementum hires Hiscox ILS’s Cubbon for portfolio-management role

Elementum has hired Alaina Cubbon as vice president of portfolio management to focus on portfolio construction and underwrite for its collateralised reinsurance investment inclusive funds.

Cubbon moves from the investment team at Hiscox ILS, where she served as an analyst.

Before that, she was vice president of analytics and research at Hiscox Re in Bermuda.
