Plenum said that the recent Japanese earthquake would not have any impact on its cat bond portfolios as it forecast that damage would be “comparatively moderate”.

A 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit Japan 16 March, not far from the region where the M9 Tohoku earthquake happened nearly 11 years ago.
