Perils lowers final loss estimate for 2021 floods by 8% to A$688mn

Loss aggregation firm Perils has disclosed its fourth and final industry loss estimate of A$688mn ($515mn) for March 2021 floods in Australia, lowering the figure by 8% from its previous release.

The floods occurred in New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland floods during the period of 18-24 March 2021.
