The Standards Board for Alternative Investments (SBAI) has established a Global Regulatory Committee with a view to supporting better collaboration between regulators worldwide.

One of the group’s first priorities will be to help SBAI formulate responses to the US SEC’s recent requests for public comment on its proposals for private funds, securities lending and on short positions and short activity reporting.
