Axis grows Q1 fee income 44% despite lower ceded premiums

Axis Capital has increased fee income by 44% in Q1 2022 over the prior-year quarter, on premium ceded to strategic partners that was lower by 14.4%.

The performance was a reverse of Q1 2021, when fee income and ceded premium both declined.
