ILS Advisers Index records 0.05% return in March

The Eurekahedge ILS Advisers Index recorded returns of 0.05% in March, with the index provider noting that weather events in Japan and the US had caused minimal losses to ILS funds.

Pure cat bond funds as a group gained 0.13%, while private strategies were flat month-on-month.

Of the 25 funds represented in the Eurekahedge Index, 14 were positive and 11 were negative in March.
