Everest Re’s third-party capital outfit Mt Logan Re has appointed Youssef Sfaif as COO, a role where he will play a key role as the business expands its capital base and proposition.

The incoming COO, who starts on 1 July, will report directly to Mt Logan Re president John Modin and brings specialization in the convergence of the capital markets and reinsurance.
