Horseshoe transitions to Artex brand name

Horseshoe has adopted the Artex name, three years after the two ILS service provider operations were brought together, according to a LinkedIn update that said the change took effect today.

Initially after AJ Gallagher subsidiary Artex Risk Solutions acquired it in 2019, the plan was for Horseshoe to be the ongoing ILS services brand of the group, with Artex retained for captive management solutions.
