IQUW has appointed Helen Thornton as CFO for IQUW Re Bermuda, as well as group head of finance.

Thornton joins from Nephila Capital, where she spent a decade as co-head of reinsurance and chief operations officer.

The company has also hired Vanessa O’Flynn as office manager and executive assistant.
