LGT Capital Partners has announced US-based investor The Kresge Foundation as a new external equity investor in its rated Bermuda platform Lumen Re.

The investment is structured as a co-investment alongside the Princely Family of Liechtenstein, and LGT said the investment would facilitate more efficient allocation of ILS for any long-term investor.
