Specialty cyber underwriting firm Envelop Risk has launched a Bermuda-based practice, Envelop Capital Markets.

The new practice, led by David Ross, will seek to bring new and efficient sources of risk capital to the cyber reinsurance market while developing and underwriting indemnity, parametric and index-based structures.
