The losses incurred by Hurricane Fiona in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic will likely develop over a longer timeframe but nonetheless are expected to be “manageable,” according to commentary from AM Best.

Fiona arrived in Puerto Rico on September 18 as a Category 1 storm, causing considerable damage to property and a territory-wide blackout that has not yet been fully restored.
