Aon’s Marcell urges reinsurers to get quoting

Aon Reinsurance Solutions’ CEO Andy Marcell has said clients need reinsurance partners to provide quotes “that enable transactions to be concluded” amid expectations that the 1 January renewals will run significantly late.

In a Linkedin post, Marcell said that insurers are looking for reinsurers to offer “a level of certainty in an uncertain environment” as well as sufficient time to review and accept quotes.
