Outgoing McGill and Partners head of structured solutions Andrew Matson has secured backing for a global specialist capital solutions intermediary start-up Augment Broking, from Altamont Capital Partners.

The private equity firm confirmed its involvement in the new business and that it will launch in early 2023.
