Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) is to enhance the capabilities of its alternative risk transfer (ART) segment with additional investment and 20 new positions in its 90-strong team.

The company said the ART line of business grew strongly in 2021 and that the division contributed around 5% to the company’s global net premium volume.
