ILS Advisers index rebounded in October on lower-than-billed Ian losses

The Eurekahedge ILS Advisers index showed a gain of 0.97% in October, reducing the year-to-date loss to 3.41%. This was the highest October gain for the index since 2020.

The performance was an improvement on September, after early loss estimates on Hurricane Ian, when the index was down 5.54%
